Nilear, LLC is a division of Christo Consulting, an MSP based in the Greater Philadelphia Area. Chris Schalleur founded Christo Consulting in 1999 with the goal of providing the type of professional IT support larger companies enjoy to small businesses in the Philadelphia region. Chris Connolly joined Christo Consulting in 2000 and became a partner in 2006.

My Tickets Mobile is a Web App that is compatible with iOS, Android and Windows 8 phones. MTM allows your on-the-go techs to spend more time solving the client's issues by automating the process of updating tickets, including time entry creation, note-taking and ticket status changes. My Tickets Mobile keeps all this information up-to-date with your PSA even though the tech is busy on the road. It is not meant as a replacement for the PSA's Mobile application. Rather, its purpose is to provide the quickest and easiest way for on-the-go techs to keep their tickets and time entries updated in your PSA in real time.

My Tickets Mobile also plays an integral role in the Real-Time Ticketing module of Score My Team. Since Real-Time Ticketing is an evaluation of your techs ability to enter tickets and information into your PSA in Real-Time, MTM allows on-the-go techs to do just that. When using My Tickets Mobile at an on-site appointment, MTM also pushes the tech to view all the other tickets currently opened for the client before leaving the site. Techs are also given the option to create new tickets on the fly, as well as view and attach configurations. MTM can also track mileage, tolls and parking expenses for your on-the-go techs, so they can complete expense entries through MTM and have the information up-to-date within your PSA while out on the road.

My Tickets Mobile is built on the premise that most of the information, i.e. what on-site tickets or service calls are scheduled for today and when, has already been entered into your PSA. Once the application is launched, the tech can hit the start button to begin the "Travel To" timer. After the start button has been pressed, the ticket is automatically moved from "Assigned" to "Traveling To". When the tech arrives on-site, clicking the stop "Travel To" timer will automatically create a "Travel To" time entry as well as change the ticket status from "Traveling To" to "In Progress". The rest of the mobile WebApp works in the same push button fashion.
