Nilear, LLC is a division of Christo Consulting, an MSP based in the Greater Philadelphia Area. Chris Schalleur founded Christo Consulting in 1999 with the goal of providing the type of professional IT support larger companies enjoy to small businesses in the Philadelphia region. Chris Connolly joined Christo Consulting in 2000 and became a partner in 2006.

In 2009, Christo Consulting went through two acquisitions which doubled both the number of clients and employees, as well as resulted in the visibility of the lack of work flow procedures in place. Overview

Nilear Live is an innovative product that communicates information from your PSA to you and your team in a whole new way. Nilear Live filters the information streaming into your ConnectWise or Autotask system and delivers the pertinent content via an interactive Skype, Lync or Google Talk conversation that allows you to find answers to common dispatch questions in a matter of seconds. Nilear Live also plays and integral role in the Peer Review module of Score My Team as all Peer Reviews and “Likes” are sent via Instant Message through Nilear Live.

Nilear Live communicates with your team sending notification about new tickets and end-user communications from selected boards. Nilear Live also features the "NEXT" command, which allows you to find the next available engineer time slots or when engineers will be available to work or meet together. There is also the capability to send a "hold" command to place your message delivery on-hold and the "resume" command will re-enable message delivery and send all of your previously held messages.Nilear Live also has the option to disable Like broadcasts and Peer Review broadcasts. You can send Nilear Chat a "Likes Off" command or “Reviews Off” command to prevent receipt of those broadcasts and can send a “Likes on” or “Reviews On” command to resume broadcast delivery. These settings can also be disabled when signed into your Nilear account on the Nilear Live page.
